Yes Im Reading Christian Romance Novels!

Trinity Ford has released book #2 at last!

The Mail Order Midwife's Secret (Wanted: Wives in the West Book 2)

Trapped in a world full of pain and hopelessness, a scary encounter leads midwife, Millie Wallace, to make a snap decision about escaping to build a better life.

With nothing but the clothes on her back, she travels from Kansas to Fort Worth, Texas as a mail order bride – with no intention of being a bride at all!

Sheriff John Lockhart has been chosen by Pastor Littlejohn and his matchmaking wife to be the next man in the congregation to court a woman who answered their Hearts and Hands ad. He, too, has a tragic past, but unlike Millie, everything he’s been through is common knowledge.

Can the sheriff break through Millie’s wall of distrust? Will the secret she ran from haunt her forever?

Find out in this second standalone story of the Wanted: Wives in the West series, which follows Hannah Saves Samuel in the series. This story is a Christian, Western, Historical Romance, but it does include some rough moments, which were common during the 1880s.

*whooooooosh*..... sound of me hitting amazon!!!!!!
Just got my copy...CAN'T WAIT to read the second in the series.... I'm having the rest of the day off so that I can enjoy this short romance novel!!!

The Mail Order Midwife's Secret (Wanted: Wives in the West Book 2)

*Hint"... I've been told that the Sheriff can be pictured in your mind like Sam Elliot... how delicious is that!!!

I'm going to spend my afternoon reading this
Hanging up my sign *DO NOT DISTURB*

And if you want to know where the series began, I seriously recommend that you go grab the very first book in this series.

Its a 'quick read' short novella, but it packs a punch like no other short romance I've ever read, its that good!!!

You're Welcome!!!

Yes, I do read romance sometimes
by: Helene

Its been years since I read novels just for the fun of it actually.

All my reading has been about how-to instruction guides and IM training manuals for the past 10 years or so.

Only last June for my birthday I started re-reading the Angelique series by Sargeanne Golon (I think that's correct) and got through the first book. And I still liked it, but I haven't bothered to pick up the second book yet... and I bought the whole series as a birthday gift to myself.

I read them in my teens and thought they were brilliant... now I read them and feel like I'm having a history lesson, so I guess I prefer reading something a bit less heavy handed and quicker to finish *sigh*

Anyhoo.... I loved Trinity Ford's first ever light romance, so I've grabbed the second one too.

I'll post here what I think of it when I've finished.

Its Wonderful!!!

*sigh of contentment*
I just spent a lovely time reading this book for an hour or so.

Would like to say it was relaxing, but there was enough drama to keep me on the edge of my seat in a few scenes of the story!

Then of course there were a couple of scenes where I had a little cry... but not for long.

I was seriously invested in the wellbeing of these characters... and not in a sappy way... just wanted what was fair and justice to all.

Loved, loved, the surprise bonus twist at the end of the book!

If you want to know more about this series, you are just going to have to get your own copy of The Mail Order Midwife's Secret (Wanted: Wives in the West Book 2) ...

Reading Christian Romance
by: Edie

I've mostly concentrated on mysteries for years, but recently I started to get back into the Christian romance stories I read many years ago.

I very much enjoyed the first book in this new series and plan on reading the whole set. Thanks for promoting a well-deserved author.

Now Helene, are you, or will you, try your hand at writing stories?

Hi there Edie!

You will love book 2 as well - I promise you!

And I've been blathering on for years about one day getting away from writing only the how-to books and dabbling in romantic fiction.... maybe soon.

I guess it all depends on how much longer it takes me to get the rest of my PLR store contents up, and to get the rest of my how-to books published.
We'll see.....

You are a life Saver!!

I recently discovered this site and I can tell you that my life has not been the same. I now come here EVERYDAY and spend at least 1 hour.

I used to spend that time browsing online fashion and beauty magazine which just means that I spend more. Now I have replaced that habit with coming here.

In future I will think about contributing articles as well. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! and God bless"
